Massive protests over a Canadian copper mine divided Panama physically in half, each side not being able to get their goods to the other. Produce was one of the things that was not able to make it thru to our family's side and many grocery store's shelves were bare, except for cucumbers. After lunch, fresh papaya along the back patio for the birds.
