Last Christmas, Aunt Tara made an awesome advent calendar with Aiden and Sonia, that involved bags filled with an ornament for every day of the month. Jess jumped on that train.
Above - the labeling and decorating of the bags.

Pasadena brought in 20 tons of snow. Which became very similar to the super packed ice/snow on Eastern driveways. Except that everybody wanted in.
A break was needed at the sushi boat restaurant which the kids thought was amazing - boats with food- what!?! Both ate salmon and some yellowtail, making their parents quite pleased.
Back to the snow for a tiny snowman.

The fam watched the snowy parade on a windows open, 80-plus degree day. This sounds lovely to most, but Jess felt annoyed at the warmth of what should be a finger numbing, fire-place warming day.
Max was digging it because it allowed him to play racquetball with his grandparents.
Then it was over to the Leonhardts for crafts and dinner - something Maddie had looked forward to all week.
Madd shows off an appetizer that she made by herself - a cheesy pizza roll.
The kids table.
The adults table, full of homey, yummy goodness.

This game night followed the baby theme of past game nights, but this time more specifically as it honored the Williams' who are due in less than a month.
The food was all baby themed - conception cookies - Jess.
Swaddled homemade breadbraid - Chadwicks.
Babys in a blanket - Feldie.
Conception squash bake - Jess.
Deviled eggs - Val.
Funfetti popcorn, also deemed crack or devil corn - SmithAldridges.
Caviar toasts - K-Dub and Allan.
Baby back ribs - Leonhardts.
There were also lentils provided by Bassam and Jamie, not themed, but delicious.
And then a more custom game of Cards Against Humanity.
For those of you familiar with the game - each person brought their own black and white cards themed for tonight's event.
Impressed by our friends ingenuity.
