 The Kenders did a Disney Plus Watch Party for this Kender Koffee.  Mimi made sure everyone was stocked with movie watching supplies.

Madd Max Has Dinner At Taisie's

Just like the before times, but they're bigger.

It was nice to finally be inside Taisie's house, and dinner was delicious.

Because of the weather, which has been consistently - "Smoke."

It was still fab - a little gaming, a little mediocre - but filled with happy memories - Mexican food.  Everything one could want on a Sunday night.

Madd Max Go To The Beach With Taisie

With Taisie officially being a part of our family pod, the fam was able to do this!  Which was extra special since it was Taisie's 78th birthday.

Madd Max Has Taisie IN THE HOUSE

 For the first time in months, Taisie came inside and watched a movie with the fam.  It was "What About Bob?" and we were all really happy.

Madd Max Begin The New School Year

All digital.  Max is nervous and ready to go.

 Madd is unhappy and does NOT want people looking at her room.  Good times for all!

Madd Max Has A Last Weekday Of Summer

Down at Zuma Beach - this time with better hole digging tools.

Slappy Is Woken Up

 The fam has been watching Stranger Things.  Which means Maddie has been coming into her parents room in the middle of the night.  this morning Jess was woken up to the sound of distant purring, which also woke a sleeping Maddie up.

 A first with Taisie.  That along with the fact that it was Granada's take out which was wonderful.

 A little beach dig time.

 Followed by a stop at Islands where they offered outdoor dining.

We choose indoor instead, and ate salty fries the entire drive home.

The Scrapper Gets A Birthday Zoom

 The one thing Max really wanted for his birthday was to have all his friends and family send him a video message which Maddie would edit into a birthday video.  He would then watch it for the first time with everyone there to see his reactions.

After the video was finished, he would have his birthday cake - a tub of strawberry ice cream flipped over - and the crew would be able to sing Happy Birthday to him.  He was thrilled and watched the entire video again after the zoom. His words when asked if it was what he had expected, "No, it was so much more."

The Scrapper Gets A Birthday Parade

 Max specifically asked to not have a car birthday parade, but with a pushed zoom, a little cheer was driven over.

He was a little embarrassed but also dug it.

 This also meant the fams got to meet the kittens for the first time.

The Scrapper Turns 11

 A morning of electronics and presents.

And Sam pancakes.

The fam left the rental house that morning, and stopped for some take out In-N-Out for lunch.

Followed by a drop off from Mia when she heard Max's zoom birthday call was being pushed.

Per the birthday boy's request, dumplings for dinner along with the watching of "Playing With Fire."

And rounding out the evening, a social distancing birthday cake (which was really just strawberry ice cream per Max's request).

Madd Max Has Another Pool Day

 Which started with an early birthday present.  For years now, Max has either been in Chocorua or traveling from Chocorua on his birthday.  It only made sense that he would also refer to this as "my birthday trip."

 His gift - something that all the kids were very excited about, but why?
