Madd Max Celebrates Thirteen Years

 Sam made an anniversary dinner based off of the menu at our wedding.  That great day, we had cedar plank salmon and tri-tip with a side of pasta.
For the fish - Sam made a spicy tuna on crispy rice, followed by a brussel sprouts and blue cheese pasta with pan-seared steak.
Wine from the Santa Ynez Valley in a glass from the vineyard we got married at.
One of the two best things to come out of that day - enjoying the fruits, or rather little eggs, from Sam's trip to Little Tokyo to get sushi grade ahi.
