Maddie had a very clear vision of what her pumpkin should look like. She watched very carefully as Jess drew it out - with her adjustments ("No - I said a scary face!") - and Sam carved.
The Findleys also created art.
As did Lilly who was old enough to do some of her own carving with Mom's assistance.
Max had not been interested in the actual work creating the jack-o-lantern, but was curious to see what went on inside.
