Madd Max Has A Last Day

Before heading to Greece for four weeks.

Max joined Maddie and Jess on their bike ride to the latest diner, Paty's.  He was given the kids menu - for kids under 10 - and crayons.

The pancakes were yummy.

Jess' first home cooked meal in a month.

The dining table is moved over to allow for bench building.  Jess kept bumping her head on the chandelier until Maddie pulled a chair out underneath it.

The evening wrapped up with the family's first movie in a theater since 2019, The Lost City.

Slappy Makes Dessert

In NOLA, when the fam was visiting, Jess mentioned that this cake in Martha Stewart's Living, looked yummy.

Maddie saved the recipe and made it for Jess' homecoming, complete with derp face.

Max got picked up early at lunch time so he and Jess could dine together.  

Larry's Chili Dog, where they got burgers.

Madd got picked up after school, as she did not want to leave early due to a Catering Bake Sale.  Jess bought quite a few delicious items.

And of course, dinner at Granada.
