They stopped Jess and Mimi's favorite Parisian bakery for brioche - Aux Merveilleux de Fred.

 

Perusing art along the Seine. 

Walking along the Seine. 

 

More French cafes.

More family.

Slappy Has A First Full Day In Paris

The Picasso museum.

Lunch at a cafe.

Touring is tiring.

 

A Maddie fav - a farmers market.

Another fav - ice cream.

This one is quite pretty.

Madd Max Shows Off LA

Kristin has seen Trejo's on Bosch, so it was the first stop on the tour.

Followed by a stop at Jess' studio to walk her sets.

Then it was down to Santa Monica for a Din Tai Fung lunch.  Kristin had heard about the restaurant from her Chinese students in Troy.

A stop on the pier.

Then over to El Matador, Jess' favorite beach.

For a little time on the sand.

 

The night rounded out with an adults only dinner at Redbird downtown.  A fantastic cousin visit!

Slappy Arrives In Paris

 

She navigated herself from the airport to the Marais, where her fam was waiting.

And then proceeded to take a 5 hour nap.

Crepe dinner.

Followed by a little Paris strolling.

With her cuz.

Madd Max Gets Visitors

First, Greta and Elizabeth came to work.

 

Followed by the Michigan arrival of Kristin, Brandon, Bryson and Iris.

 

Greg and fam came over to complete the CA Kender contingent.

Madd Max Have A Date Night

Jess was shooting in Palos Verdes, so Sam came down to spend the night with her.  Please note, the Belfast arrow on the above sign.

This one was for the Muppet Show, and was opened by Seth Rogan and Kermit.

They ran into some friends, Adam, Andrew and Brian.

Where they gave out free drinks.

And became another one of Max's favorite colleges on the tour.

Upon arrival in Corvallis, Maddie was able to pick up her real ID, which Jess had shipped after Maddie left her phone and license on the plane to Missoula.

Sam settled in to try to ignore the very intentional but distressing matting on the pictures in the hotel room.

Madd Max Gets A Shout Out

On Jess' fake shopping mall set.

Their establishment was a restaurant with an outdoor patio.

Next stop, Spokane, WA.

 

Also pretty, but not a Max favorite.

En route to Tacoma, the fam stopped at the Columbia River Scenic Overlook.

Pretty.

Sibling dinner.

The Scrapper Tours University of Montana

The day began with a walk thru Missoula where there were people surfing on the river.

Followed by a guided tour through the town.

This turned out to be one of Max's favorite schools of the trip.

Hipster pizza lunch.

Followed by hipster ice cream.

And later hipster dinner.
