Senior dinner (ie 5:30pm reservations, but that's seems to be how we do/plan) at delicious Fascino.

First, for a Russian brunch in Clifton.

Then, for a walk in Brookdale Park.

Which was very, very foggy.

The exhibit was at Grounds For Sculpture, where light shows were mapped directly onto the sculpture.

The result was fascinating.

There was also music that accompanied the art.

Madd Max Has A Sonia And Clara Day

Mimi took all 3 teens into the city to see Little Shop of Horrors. She met them at the Port Authority in Manhattan, after they took the bus from Bloomfield by themselves.  They explored the Bryant Park Winter Village and had lunch at Shake Shack before the show. 

Jess took the girls up to Leonia to have lunch with Dozee.

Then a stop at Wood Park.

Onto Rita's for frozen custard.

Back to Mimi and Dozee's to hang with Chase.

Mimi's fridge, which always lists the food of the occasion.

Dozee wrote the first sign and put it on the bathroom door.  When Jess had to use the bathroom, Sonia wrote the second and handed it to Dozee.

Slappy Has The Leon Experience

Leon opened up the sunroof, while driving thru NYC, so that Maddie could see the tops of the skyscrapers.

For these.  Madd got introduced to tkts where they scored 3 tickets to Funny Girl and got the last one in the standing room line.

Dinner before the show at Sicily Osteria.

Maddie dug the entire excursion and hopes to do it again.

Breakfast with Heather at Toast.

Then a quick return to Steven's for a hang with the fam.

Back at the homefront, the weather was warm enough for some outdoor tag and swinging.

Where they were met by Ant Uncle hard at work on a new family tradition - homemade ramen.

Cousins reunited.

Mimi and Dozee came down for dinner and also brought this plate of Christmas cookies.  That's a solid welcome.
