Slappy Goes To the Ear Doctor

Maddie needs to go to the ear doctor quarterly.  Along with getting our temperature checked, the waiting room was a whole new world.

Maddie has a remote art class.  Last week, she had an abstract sculpture due.  After turning in one where the teacher said she liked it but did not think it looked like an hour's worth of work and would not accept it for grading, Maddie became feuled with an I-will-show-her fire.  

Working with Sam to get it done.

Side note - she also referred to this as "weilding" which maybe isn't so wrong.

 Sort of.  Like a one step up from a kiddie pool, pool.  But it does have a filter.

And they did hang in it for 45 minutes.  So win?

Madd Max Celebrates Toby's 80th

The entire fam got in on making 2 cakes - one to drop off at Toby's and one to celebrate with at home.

 Toby's cake - left on the front porch (with advance warning).

Followed by a social distancing birthday dinner.

 And the home cake.
