 When Jess pulled them out of school at lunch time, and they saw Taisie waiting in the car.  They drove for an hour and 20 min, and began guessing where they were going, until Maddie screamed, "It's the guinea pig place!!!"

Also the llama place.

 But definitely guinea pigs.

 Max spent over an hour "mining," dipping into the left over sand to find tiny piece after tiny piece of pyrite from other kids' play.

 Maddie spent most of her time in here with baby Pumpkin Spice.

 She did test out the maze, which was perhaps meant for a smaller set.

Afterwards, a stop for ice cream.  And to top it all off - iPads and favorite snacks on the way back.

 They chose all decoration placement this year.

And Sam, who got and modified a smoke machine, worked to make sure the smoke stayed low to the ground.

 A dinner at Taisie's house followed, who is back from Chocorua.

The Scrapper Finishes "The Cast Iron Chef" Adventure

 With his Boy Scout Den, which involved an overnight camping trip.

 Catch with Sam, which Max said was his favorite part of the entire camp out.

 Reading in the tent, which Maddie said was her favorite part.  Getting stuck was not.

And for their completion of the adventure, planning, creating and serving dinner.  Each boy picked an item to make.  Max chose hot dogs and monkey bread.

By prepping and later baking a meal from Dream Dinners with her Girl Scout Troop.

Despite what her smile would suggest - she was actually quite miserable about having to cook it up.
