At Chili John's - the diner at the end of the school block.  Every week, Natalie brings him here while Maddie has her clarinet lessons.  They know him by name and can prep his regular without prompting - a root beer and slice of lemon meringue pie.

Madd Max Heads To Carnival

If you look close enough at Max's classroom's basket you'll see what happens when 2 parents work and contribute at the last minute.  We gave cash. The cash literally just got added to the basket.  It's just sitting there - highlighting our shame.

Maddie asked Jess if she would like to take a picture with her.  Jess was shocked and pleased.  It made more sense when Maddie pointed out the photo booth, which was just as satisfying as the selfie request Jess thought Madd was asking for.

Madd Max Goes To Family Camp

A smaller camping trip than the other Boy Scout ventures - just our local Pack.  Max was super excited to help Sam pitch the tent.
