Well, just Jess for her show. Where she got to experience international business class for the first time, which meant laying down FLAT, without having her feet touch the wall.

And a 3 course meal!

The tortilla press was a Mimi idea, after sending Aiden and Sonia to a cooking class where they also made tortillas and loved it.

An organization she found online to help fulfill her community service hours.  It turns out, it's not easy finding volunteering opportunities for under 16 year-olds.  She did some searching.

And it turned out that community tree planting early in the morning was actually quite fun.

With a very full birthday, both physically and emotionally.  It all started with Sam's cinnamon rolls.

Then a burrito from La Bamba, followed by lots of great calls and texts.

A Dino's pizza dinner with a Jersey puzzle.

And ending with some presents and an apple crisp.

Along with a serenade from these guys.

When the fam got home from Jersey, they realized that the catalytic converter had been stolen off of the Prius, which is happening a lot with older Priui.  Since the new Ioniq 5s had just arrived on Hyundai lots, it was time.

Meet the new all electric car.

Which meant it was time to get rid of older tech - like this.

And this.  The Prius refused to fully turn on in the morning and needed to be winched onto the trailer.  Maybe it was embarrassed that without it's converter, it sounded like a stock vehicle... maybe it didn't want to leave either.

At the last minute, it did turn on, proving to the towing guy that it did, in fact, run and was a good, little car.  We will miss it and it's green flames.
