It was 90 in the Valley.  It was 68 at the beach.

The water was even colder.

That did not stop Max, however.  He was still all in on body surfing.

Good times that ended in a stop at Islands pickup for fries, sodas and quesadillas.  A perfect beach trip.

The Scrapper Enjoys The Pool

Now with new volleyball net.  Sadly, only his parents will volley with him at this point which involves a lot of big browned eyed looks to get them outside.  Jess did consider it a win when Max looked at her and said, "Are you enjoying this as much as I am?"

Maddie does not like chocolate, which considerably cuts down on the desserts she is into.  This lemon meringue cake is her new favorite, and Jess is thrilled to have a dessert that she actually requests.

The Scrapper Graduates Elementary School

His teachers left a box on the doorstep with all needed graduation supplies - his promotion certificate, bubbles, champagne flute, this program, sunglasses, etc.

Max attended in formal wear.

 Max also was awarded a President's Education Award.  He asked why Trump's name had so many bumps.
