 Beginning with baskets.

 Followed by the scavenger hunt.  It was just as Jess started making this video that she realized that the stove was perhaps not the smartest hiding place.

 

And finally an egg hunt in the backyard.

And was enjoyed by Ella, Ava and Maddie.

 Who later were regaled by Taisie's explanation, complete with photos, of kites.

 Which were attended by both grandparents.

Since Jess and Sam were stuck at work.

Slappy Eats Freaky Food

Slappy Has A Birthday Party

 

 At Pump It Up - a place with 2 rooms of giant inflatables.  The kids listened closely to the instructional video.

 

Very closely.

 And then the fun began.

 

Yeah.

 

 Oh yeah.

 And then the draw of tube.

That literally did nothing, but eventually ended up with about 10 kids inside it and more clamering to get in.

 The black light room.

 Dude.

 Followed by the party room.

And some Hello Kitty cake.

And a birthday girl drunk with power on her inflatable throne.

Madd Max Changes Stuff

 Crown moulding is added and then painted.  Twice (well, only once so far, but another coat will happen once Jess gets motivated).

And changes the placement of laundry hookups so that the washer/dryer can actually fit in the closet instead of pushing into the hall.

Madd Max Is Going To Wreck It

At Fifi's Wreck It Ralph themed 2 year birthday party.

Yes, Aarin made these cakes.

Later, Max fulfilled a gymnastics dream at Ava's birthday party.

Slappy Gets A Leotard

She wanted to wear it to school, but made it until 6:45am on Saturday before gymnastics.

After a bed present, a little morning opening of presents.

Followed by pizza lunch at school.

Which was attended by friends.

And fam.

And a Page birthday cake at night.

Madd Max Have A Village

 As Hillary said, it takes one. 

As of April 2, Toby and Taisie will have a home 4 blocks from Sam and Jess.
