And finally, peer pressure at it's finest:  Ellie started drawing "B"s.  This made Maddie draw her first letter ever, "M" - that's her second "M" connected to her first.

Slappy Now Has Flowers

After repotting, Maddie's garden grew little flowers and long vines.  For a reminder, we last saw it here.

Slappy Swims Again

 But first she got her hair did by Aurelia.

Then it was into the pool by herself (and some water wings) for the first time.  Jess was happy not to enter the pool, but did take her phone out of her pocket just in case.

Madd Max Changes Lesson Times

 Which meant insanely more people in the pool.

 Max practiced paddling.

And Isobel joined for her first lesson ever.

 First from afar, when Jess took them out to brunch without Sam.

 And then to this awesome musical park.

 Who needs a xylophone when there are drums to be banged?

 Sam joined the fam for some lunch with Aeryn's family.

Then it was over to the Leonhardt's where Isobel got schooled on how to behave on your first Father's Day.  Things like, drool in his eye, pull his hair and stick your finger up his nose, all of which she put into practice.

Some awesome Dads, including those who are out of the country but there in spirit.
