The Scrapper Goes To His First Hockey Game
It was a 5pm game, and Max spent the day making sure that Sam wore his hockey sweater and practicing saying, "Go, Kings, Go!" and "Pass the puck!"
Max stayed engaged for 2 full periods, took a 20 minute break, and finished out the game crying for, "More Hockey!!" Maddie stayed interested for the first period and parts of the following 2, although the first few goals did bring back memories of her first game. She later learned to enjoy the cheering.

The Scrapper Gets A Taste Of How It Could Be
When we headed over to Luke's Birthday Party. It was the first time ever that Jess saw Max playing with a group of boys.
He did also spend some time playing with Luke's younger sister and his first "girlfriend" - his words - Stella.

Madd Max Has Valentine's Parties
At school. Mom got to go and help pass out Valentines (they lined up the bags in a row, and each kid took turns placing theirs into a bag).

Madd Max Has A School Playdate
Their very first, at Aeryn's house. Also in attendance, Maggie and Annie and their parents. All, young and old, had a great time.
Max, again, was the sole male, and spent a lot of time playing trains in his Tiana dress-up.
Maddie had her own unique attire. After wanting to run free, in the cool afternoon air, she got a little chilly.

Slappy Watches The Superbowl
But first helped Mom make Mississippi Mud Cake, something Jess has been thinking about for 2 years. With a legacy like this, how could she not.
Then Jess and Maddie headed over to AK's Annual Super Bowl Party to hang with Auntie Jamie. Max and Sam stayed home because someone had to clean up the projectile vomiting.
