Sam, Jess and Madd all did NYU's self-guided tour, which had Madd say midway thru , "Well, I'm sold."  She loved the feeling of being in the middle of everything.

Slappy Sees Tak's Tony Nominated Show

Sam, Jess, Maddie and Leon headed to Water for Elephants.

The show where Tak got his first Tony nomination.  The sets were sophisticated and stunning.

Mimi and Dozee also joined - they have known Tak since he was16 and working on stage crew with Jess.  Everyone celebrated post-show with an Italian dinner.

Barnard.  She felt it was beautiful, but a little too small and wasn't sure she wanted an all female school.

Post tour - Jess and Madd walked Columbia's campus.

And had some food truck lunch.

Madd Max Return To Jersey

 

A last breakfast with Uncle Wills and Charlie.

 

While Aunt Tara dropped off Madd at the train for her solo day in NYC (she walked 16 miles to get all the things in).

And Jess made it back for dinner with Dr Kerry.

Madd Max Hangs A Little Longer

Breakfast at Joya, where Sam and Jess announced to both Uncle Wills and Aunt Ally and Aunt Tara and Ant Uncle (who were watching Madd Max) that they would in fact be spending an additional night in Columbus due to Spirit cancelling their flight.

Sam and Jess flew on an airplane for the first time, just the two of them, since having kids.

Where Mimi surprised these guys by bringing Sam and Jess to the door for their annual summer party.

At the dine in movie theater, where she had chicken fingers, fries, pink lemonade and 2 chocolate milkshakes (after one took a spill).

And then it was time to pick the cousins up from Brown, where the family had a last meal together before heading in opposite directions.

The Scrapper Goes Fishing

 

Max has been very insistent about wanting to fish again.

 

Finally, he got his wish. 

 

And after 2 hours and thinking about heading back in, he caught this very weird looking fish (a pickerel).

Madd Max Has An Aiden Day

Which actually started with Part 1 of Clara Day with a breakfast and games at the Tick Tock Diner.

Then it was time to head into the city for Aiden Day.

Train buds.

A Chinese lunch.

Followed by Spygames at Spyscape.

And more ice cream with Ant Uncle.

And another Mimi meal.

Where Dozee got hugs.

And later, Aunt Tara did also.

Madd Max Has A Sonia Day

 

The start of a very wonderful Sonia Day.

Taking the train in to NYC.

Where they saw Ant Uncle from afar (that's him in the red on the fire escape).

Ramen lunch.

Followed by the Museum of Illusions.

All of the Sonias.

A quick stop at Little Island.

Followed by cereal milk soft serve at Milk Bar with Ant Uncle.  It was weird.

Sonia and Jess took the bus back to Leonia, where Sonia got to try poppin' boba for the first time.

Mimi made lots of dinner.

Games were played.

Back in NH, Inside Out 2 was watched.
