A 16-serving vanilla cake to celebrate Mimi and Dozee's 50th (actually at the time the family actually celebrated it, it was closer to 53rd) anniversary had been ordered with the writing, "Happy Anniversary John and Amelia" What arrived was a 6-serving chocolate cake (Dozee is allergic to chocolate) inscribed with "Jon and Amelia  Happy Birthday!"  The kitchen staff did hustle and got the above cake right before the fam headed out.

Clara wanted very much to go snorkeling the previous day but was not allowed due to rough water.  Today, was her first go at it ever, and it was a success.
